Frequently Asked Questions

How Much Is A Personal Trainer?

That will vary depending on the program you desire and the number of sessions you are requiring. Typically our costs range from $110/mth - $835/mth.

Do I Really Need A Personal Trainer?

Some want an individualized program so they can lose weight or get in shape while others simply need to be held accountable for their workouts. Wherever you are on your exercise journey, a personal trainer may be just what you need to finally reach your fitness and weight loss goals

How Often Should I See A Personal Trainer?

The results you’ll see when working with a personal trainer will depend on the time you invest and the goals themselves. By understanding how much time you need to invest to reach your specific goals, you’ll be a better judge of both your trainer and any fitness limitation you may have. Since everyone is different, only you and your trainer can decide how often you need to meet to reach your desired goal. No matter where you're starting from we have programming options that put you on the path to achieve your fitness goals.

How Long Should I See A Personal Trainer For?

There are several factors that determine how long you should work out with a trainer. Depending on your fitness goals, skill level, budget, and availability will all factor into how long you should consult with a trainer. The duration of a relationship with a personal trainer will differ from person to person. However, one important distinction is that how many times you see a trainer does not always equate with better results. Consistency with workouts is always more necessary than your training frequency. Don’t feel as if you’re not doing enough if you can’t meet with your trainer more than a few times. Maintaining your exercise regimen when working out alone is what’s important.
